It's been a long time and I still don't have my order. What do I do?
If you have not received your order in the expected time frame please email customerservice@getfaveur.com. Please be sure to include your order number, name and address. Someone will contact you within 24 hours.
What do I do if I've received my order, but ordered the wrong size?
Please e-mail customerservice@getfaveur.com and let us know the size you need so we can verify that it is currently in stock. Once item is verified in stock please ship your item to: 100 Old Cherokee Rd. Ste. F-347, Lexington, SC 29072. Include a note with the correct size that you would like. We will get it processed and the correct size sent back to you right away.
